The Hagerstown Community College Alumni Association is a group
of dedicated HCC graduates and friends of the College who work to
improve the educational experience at HCC and who enjoy networking
with their fellow graduates. The Association is served by a full-time
coordinator and is led by a 13-member executive committee and a
52-member board of directors.
Members have numerous opportunities for involvement at HCC. Association
members help recruit highquality students, promote pride in the
College, plan reunions and/or other social events, coordinate an
annual golf tournament and flower and garden show to raise funds
for the institution, host the annual graduation tea and honor alumni
and faculty for outstanding service. Alumni dues support the Alumni
Scholarship Fund and alumni gifts to the College, and provide operating
funds for the Association.
Membership is free for one year after graduation to all graduates
who have completed a membership application. Associate membership
is available to friends of the College who wish to support HCC and
its Alumni Association. Life memberships are also available. The
