INT-113 Instrumentation and Process Control I
Discipline:
Industrial Technologies (INT) This class will introduce students to the concept and application of typical process control systems used in today’s industries. Students will learn the most common types of instrumentation used to measure such items as level, flow, pressure and temperature. Students will learn how data is collected, used to monitor, test and trouble-shoot systems. Hands-on labs include proportional, integral, pid controllers and data collection and evaluation. Total of 45 hours of lecture. Course fee required. Prerequisites: INT 109. Semester offered: Periodically. 3 Credits.
