IST-203 Troubleshooting Software Applications

This course provides students with an in-depth look at application software in order to support end-users in the workplace. Students will install, troubleshoot, and customize, applications software. Compatibility, workplace standards, networking applications, security, updates, recovering data, advanced application solutions and on-line collaboration will be covered. Course fee required. Prerequisites: IST 105, IST 106, IST 107, IST 151. Semester offered: Fall. 3 Credits.
