IST-256 Networking IV
Discipline:
Information Systems Technology (IST) This course discusses the WAN technologies and network services required by converged applications in Enterprise Networks. Students learn how to implement and configure common data link protocols and how to apply WAN security concepts, principles of traffic, access control and addressing services. Students must have a personal computer and Internet access to complete online assignments and exams. Class also meets at least one Saturday per session per the instructor’s discretion. Course fee required. Prerequisite: IST 255. Semesters offered: Spring. 4 Credits.
