This course in the elements of music gives the average listener a better understanding and appreciation of the world’s greatest music. The life and times of the great composers and the various forms of musical composition and expression are surveyed. Total of 45 hours of lecture. Semesters offered: Fall, Spring, Summer. 3 Credits.
