MUS-175 Introduction to Electronic Music
Discipline:
Music (MUS) This course explores methods of commercial music production used by composers, artists, and producers in recording studios and live performances. Topics such as MIDI interfacing, digital audio sampling, waveform synthesis, and multitrack recording are covered to allow students to become familiar with current production practices and equipment. Total of 45 hours of lecture. Semester offered: Periodically. 3 Credits.
