REC-101 Community Recreation
Discipline:
Recreation (REC) This course provides a comprehensive overview of community recreation. A philosophy of recreation is developed through the study of the services rendered by recreation, the settings where it occurs, and the principles underlying its programs. Emphasis is placed on the community impact of recreational programs and personnel. 45 contact hours. Semesters offered: Fall, Spring, Summer. 3 Credits.
