TRK-130 Production and Operations Management

This course will examine the planning, operation, and control of goods and services production. Topics include: quality assurance, production systems, project management, forecasting and inventory management. Factors that influence efficient delivery of goods and services such as vehicle-routing issues, shipment size and mix, warehouse location, customer services, and market structure will also be covered.
