Prospective Graduate:
Before you download the Graduation Application, please review your
records to see if you have met the following graduation requirements:
1. Will have earned a total of 64 credits by the end of the current
semester (please note that courses numbered 100 and below cannot
be applied to graduation credits);
2. Earned a quality point average of at least 2.0;
3. Have completed 6 credits of English; English 101 plus an additional
higher-level English course;
4. Have completed all of the required courses in your chosen
curriculum.
If you have met the above requirements, please submit your graduation
application by the
March 1, 2008 deadline for a May diploma.
The graduation
application is available online at http://www.hagerstowncc.edu/academics/graduation/gradform.php.
There is a graduation fee of $25.00 An additional late fee of $10.00
will be charged if the application is received after the deadline
date.
Graduation fees must be paid at the Finance Office
or sent to the Dean of Student Affairs
