Refund Policy

After a refund deadline, appeals of the policy must be made in writing using the Refund Appeal Form (pdf format). The complete refund policy is available in the Course Catalog.

15 Week Session
 No registration after 1st class meets
Jan 14 Classes begin
Jan 22 Last day to add a class
Jan 22 Last day to drop a class for 100% refund (No refund given after this date)
Feb 4 Last day to change from audit to credit
Feb 4 Last day to drop a class with no grade
Mar 24 Last day to withdraw
Mar 24 Last day to change from credit to audit
May 5 Last day of classes
   
First 10 weeks
 No registration after 1st class meets

Jan 15 Last day to add a class
