Supplemental Application
for Radiography Programs

The application, all transcripts, and any applicable test scores must be received by the deadline to be eligible for the program.

For the AAS in Radiography: The following course must be completed by the deadline: BIO103 Anatomy and Physiology I. In addition, BIO104 Anatomy and Physiology II and MAT101 College Algebra must be completed or in progress by the October 1st deadline. Consult with an Academic Advisor for more information regarding the admissions criteria. Information can be accessed in the advisment area.
