A road improvement project has begun on Edgewood Drive. The project involves improvements to the intersection of Dual Highway (Route 40) and Edgewood Drive through the intersection at Mt. Aetna Road.

The SGA will host a free movie night for students on Fri., Sept. 25 and Sat., Sept. 26. Based on the novel by Dan Brown, "Angels and Demons" stars Tom Hanks, who reprises his role as Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon.

Dig Pink 2009

Dig Pink is the Breast Cancer awareness rally being held during all of October 2009. A large statement is going to be made by holding hundreds, potentially thousands, of featured high school and college matches across the country to help educate and raise funds to eradicate this terrible disease. Proceeds will be distributed among research teams focused on target therapies and molecular profiling, as well as "living with cancer" organizations worldwide.

SGA hosts "Angels and Demons" movie night

HCC's Student Government Association (SGA) will host a free movie night for students on Fri., Sept. 25 and Sat., Sept. 26. The film "Angels and Demons" will be shown. Based on the novel by Dan Brown, best-selling author of "The Da Vinci Code," this film stars Tom Hanks, who reprises his role as Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon.

All shows will be held in the Kepler Theater.

Constitution Day Bus Trip to D.C.

On Sat., Sept. 17, HCC's Student Government Association (SGA) is sponsoring a chartered bus trip to Washington D.C. in honor of Constitution Day. Bus leaves from the ARCC parking lot at 9 a.m. and will return at 5:30 p.m.

Frostburg University Transfer Day
