Capitol tour showcases intelligence history

Taught by HCC instructor and retired Air Force Intelligence Office Carol Bessette, this tour will include a visit to a Georgetown restaurant associated with the former Soviet Union, a visit to at least one drop site associated with former FBI Counter-Intelligence Officer Robert Hanssen, and a trip to the International Spy Museum.

"Fundamentals of Commercial Vehicle Transportation" will teach students the importance of commercial transportation in today's business world. Topics include regulations, warehousing, distribution, and system operations.

College Fair held Oct. 14

The 2009 Washington County College Fair will be held on Wednesday, October 14 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Athletic, Recreation and Community Center at Hagerstown Community College.

Representatives from more than 100 colleges, universities, and technical schools in the Mid-Atlantic region will be on-hand to meet with prospective students.
