Book Buyback for the spring 2011 semester will be held from Thurs., April 28 through Sat., May 7. Only books purchased through the HCC bookstore may be sold back during the buyback period.

Interested in helping form an ADJ/Criminal Justice Club at HCC? There will be an information meeting on Wed., April 13, at 2:30 p.m., in the ARCC, room 220.

The purpose of this meeting is to lay the groundwork for the club so that it can begin fall 2011. Interested students should review the HCC club guide prior to the meeting, which can be found here.

Beginning April 4, HCC's Math Club will host a variety of fun activities including the a land navigation hunt, a math trivia competition, and Math Mania Day, which includes a π (Pie) in the Eye Toss.

HCC’s Leadership Club attends annual leadership symposium

Students in the Leadership Club at Hagerstown Community College recently attended the Sixth Annual Student Leadership Symposium at George Washington University. The symposium is intended to bring together student leaders from public and private colleges, universities, high schools, and the military in order to explore topics that are related to being effective community leaders. This year’s symposium, “Catalyst for Change: The Melting Pot of Leadership” focused on techniques needed to be successful leaders in today’s multi-cultural society.

Outdoor Adventure Club Hike

Outdoor Adventure Club Hike

HCC's Outdoor Adventure Club is sponsoring a hike on the Tuscarora Trail on Sun., April 10. Students will leave from the HCC campus at 7 a.m. and will return later that day. All students are welcome to attend. Admission is free.
