The annual Fall Transfer Fair will be held on Thurs., Oct. 13, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the Elliott Center (upper level, Career Programs Building). Transfer advisors from more than 30 area colleges will be attending.

HCC will hold its annual Turkey Trot fundraiser on Thanksgiving Day: Thurs., Nov. 24, 2011. The 11th Annual Turkey Trot will once again feature a 5K run, kids' race, and food drive.

NYC Bus Trip

The Alumni Association at Hagerstown Community College will host a one-day, pre-holiday bus trip to New York City on Sat., Nov. 12.

The bus will depart from HCC at 5:45 a.m. and return to the college at 10 p.m. Attendees will spend the day shopping and sight-seeing on their own. Cost is $55 for current Alumni Association members and $60 for non-members. Fee includes roundtrip transportation to New York City, bus snack bags, drinks, and door prizes. Payment is due in full upon reservation.

The annual Washington County College Fair will be held on Wed., Oct. 12, from 6 to 8 p.m., in the ARCC. Over 100 colleges and universities, along with members of the Armed Services, will be present.
