Annual CREAS event held April 21

HCC will conduct a Criminal Response Emergency Assessment Scenario (CREAS) training event for students on Sat., April 21, beginning at 9 a.m., on HCC’s main campus. This event is not open to the public.

Spring Fling held April 16 - 19

Celebrate the end of the semester with HCC campus clubs by taking part in Spring Fling Week from April 16 through April 19. Events are open to all HCC students.

Student Art Show opens April 27

Hagerstown Community College will host its annual spring student art exhibit from Fri., April 27 through Fri., May 4, in the newly renovated Kepler Center on HCC’s main campus.

Arts & Sciences Open House held April 28

HCC will host Arts and Sciences Day on Sat., April 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This free community open house will feature a STEM festival in the STEM Building and music and dance performances in Kepler Center.

Campus Earth Day held April 20

HCC will hold its annual Earth Day Celebration and Campus Pride Day on Fri., April 20. The celebration will begin a 9 a.m. in front of the Career Programs Building. Students, staff, and faculty are invited to attend.

Poet Mary Jo Salter to speak April 28

HCC's annual Kreykenbohm lecture series will feature award-winning poet Mary Jo Salter. The event will be held on Sat., April 28, 8 p.m., in Kepler Center. Free and open to the public.

HCC’s EMS program receives accreditation

Hagerstown Community College’s emergency medical services program recently received accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs, upon the recommendation of the Committee on Accreditation of Educational Programs for the Emergency Medical Services Professions.

Live Reptile Show

HCC's Student Activities Office will hold a live reptile show on Wed., April 18, beginning at 6:30 p.m., in the Student Center.

The show will feature a local reptile specialist from Black Rock Reptiles, and a host of the reptiles. This event is free and is open to the public. Free snacks and crafts will also be available.
