Assistant Coach - Earl Redden

Coach Redden returns for his 8th season on the Hawks bench. He has earned a reputation as being one of the top recruiters in junior college baskeball. His background includes coaching at the youth, AAU and college level. Last season, in the role of head coach, Earl guided the Hawks to a 22-10 record. Coach Redden has remained a loyal and dedicated member of the Hawk family since his arrival under then Coach Jim Brown. He is an excellent mentor and provides guidance for young players as they begin the next stage of their college career. Coach Redden is a retail store manager with Food Lion Supermarkets in the Hagerstown area. he and his wife, Cheryl have four children: Danielle, Robert, Tiffany and Kevin.
