Angie Ford enters her first year as an Assistant Coach for the Lady Hawks.  Prior to Hagerstown Community College, Ford was an assistant at North Hagerstown High School from 1995-2003.  She also coached a U16 club team that earned a silver medal in their east coast division.

Ford was a four year varsity setter for her high school team, North Hagerstown High School.  While there she earned a Unsung Hero award, and was named to the MVAL and All-County team on several occasions.  As a senior, her team was a Maryland state finalist.  She has collegiate volleyball experience, starting for both Hagerstown Community College and Shepherd University.  She served as a co-captain for the Lady Hawks and was utilized as an outside hitter and setter.  Angie continues to play volleyball recreationally on a coed team.

Angie earned an Associate's Degree from Hagerstown Community College, later transferring to Towson State University earning a Bachelor's degree in psychology.  She received her Master's Degree in Education from Frostburg University with a concentration in school counseling.  She worked for Washington County Board of Education as a middle school guidance counselor.

Coach Ford lives in Hagerstown with her husband Scott, her dog Gustavo, and cat Renzo.
