Join the SGA for "I Scream for Ice Cream Day," beginning at 11:30 a.m. in front of the Student Center. Antietam Dairy will be on campus to serve tasty treats to HCC students, staff, and faculty. (Free!)

The HCC NOW Club is sponsoring a free showing of "It's a Girl," on Thurs., April 25, at 6:30 p.m., in the Student Center (Hilltop Grill). This event is free and is open to the public.

A transfer advisor from Shenandoah University will be on campus to meet with interested students from 1 to 3 p.m. in the Student Center. No appointment necessary.

The HCC Public Information Office will hold its annual Casting Call for student models from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Student Center. Students of all ages are encouraged to stop by.

Students will be asked to fill out a short questionnaire and will have a photo taken on the day of the Casting Call. Students will then be contacted at a later date to take part in an HCC photoshoot. Images of students are used on promotional materials like class course guides, in advertisements, and on the HCC website. Any current student is welcome to take part.

Dates & Times

The HCC NOW Club will hold a free Lunch 'n Learn on Wed., March 27, from 12 noon to 12:45 p.m., in the Student Center. This session's topic will be Female Leaders at HCC. Students will hear from Dr. Donna Rudy, retired Dean of Students, and Theresa Shank, Dean of Continuing Education and Business Services. Dr. Rudy and Dean Shank will speak about their experiences as female college executive officers.

A free lunch will be provided. All students are welcome.

Students in HCC's Nursing Program will hold a free Community Health Fair on Feb. 25 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Student Center (Hilltop Grill area). Students will be conducting free health checks such as blood pressure and diabetes screenings. Information on nutrition, medication management, sexually transmitted diseases, and how to prevent the spread of infection will also be available.

The Student Activities Office is sponsoring a Grease Sing-A-Long on March 22 from 7 to 10 p.m. in the Student Center. Free admission. Open to all students. For more information, email studentactivities@hagerstowncc.edu.
