HCC students, staff, and employees can enjoy a sing-a-long to Walt Disney's animated classic, Frozen. Free snacks will be provided. Book Buyback for the spring 2014 semester will be held from April 30 through May 9.  Only books purchased through the HCC Campus Store (Bookstore) may be sold back during the buyback period.

"Prepare for the Fair" Workshop

Prepare for the Fair Workshop

A special "Prepare for the Job Fair" workshop will be held on Thursday, April 3, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., in the Student Center conference room. Students will learn how to make a great impression with employers when visiting the Mega Job Fair on April 4.

April is Autism Awareness Month, and HCC’s Alternative Energy Club and SGA have teamed up to offer a Autism Lunch ‘n Learn on Tuesday, April 1, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., in the Student Center Conference Room. Guest speakers will talk about the autism spectrum and working with young students with autism, and Katie Dyke from HCC’s Disabilities Support Services Office will talk about services available to HCC students.

2014 Student Casting Call

2014 Student Casting Call
March 27, 2014 - 2:30pm - 4:00pm

The HCC Public Information Office will hold its annual casting call for student models from March from 2:30 to 4 p.m. in the Student Center. Students of all ages are encouraged to participate.

Students will be asked to fill out a short questionnaire and will have a photo taken on the day of the casting call. Students will then be contacted at a later date to take part in an HCC photoshoot. Images of students are used on promotional materials like class course guides and schedules, in advertisements, and on the HCC website.
