Frank Vincent

Driver Education Instructor at HCC - since the beginning!

Frank graduated from NHHS and entered the U.S. Army where he was an air traffic controller and served over 8 years, including the Gulf War. Frank graduated from HCC after his military service and attended Penn State Mt. Alto.  He has been working as a driving instructor since 1999 along with a career in the counseling field.  Frank enjoys teaching and interacting with students in the classroom, as well as behind the wheel helping them to be safe and educated drivers. Can you tell Frank likes coffee??!

 

Diane Ballentine

Driver Education Instructor at HCC

Diane has been a licensed and certified driver education instructor since 2003. She tells me that she has all the patience in the world….and sometimes needs it!!!  Diane works as a Special Ed I.A. at Winter Street Elementary, and is a mother of 3, grandmother of two (but don’t look for gray hair and a cane!).  She loves reading, baseball, and using her sarcasm to lighten up any behind the wheel lesson.
