MD Property and Casualty
This course includes 54 hours of live classroom instruction and 42 hours of self-study. The course provider is MODA systems and Carol McClain. Students will be required to sign an affidavit that they completed the self study hours before receiving a certificate of completion. The course requires 100% attendance for the 54 hours of live classroom work. The course covers the basic principles of property and casual insurance as well as the Maryland regulations. The cost of the course does not include textbook BYSIS Property and Casualty Exam Cram Book with cd and the practice quizzes at www.informit.com/index.asp then search for insurance.

Maryland Life and Health Insurance Pre-Licensing
This 60-hour class (40 classroom and 20 self-study hours) provides the knowledge to take and pass the Maryland State Examination.  This course is offered in partnership with MODASystems/Carol McClain, the Maryland Insurance Administration approved course provider.  The license enables the individual to sell and service all types of Life and Health Insurance.  The cost of the course does not include the book.  Students are encouraged to order the book "Exam Cram" "Life and Health Insurance Exam?" from www.informit.com. Approved for Maryland, PA and WV.  This course is offered in partnership with Allegany College of Maryland and will be taught at their campus in Cumberland, MD.

Bookkeeper - Entry Level I
This course is for individuals that are training for entry-level positions in bookkeeping.  The course takes a hands-on approach using practical real life problems and exercises to master basic record-keeping procedures.  Topics covered include fundamentals of accounting, accounting cycles, journal entries, post to ledger, ledger sheets, financial statements and other basic procedures.  The course is taught by Tory VanReenen.  Textbooks included in fees.
