EPA Certified Lead Paint Renovater - RRP
EPA1465 Renovation, Repair and Painting Final Rule (40 CFR 745) requires that renovations conducted for compensation, must be performed by certified firms using certified renovators. Renovation firms that wish to work in pre-1978 homes and child-occupied facilities must apply to EPA and pay a fee in order to become certified. Renovators seeking to become certified renovators must successfully complete this EPA-accredited renovator course. This course is an approved EPA course for certified renovators and as such meets all requirements in 40 CFR 745.90. This course instructs you how to comply with the EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule and the HUD Lead Safe Housing Rule, and how to perform lead-safe work practices safely and effectively.

Lead Paint Visual Inspector Refresher
This course meets the training requirements to maintain Maryland accreditation as a Lead Paint Visual Inspector.  Emphasis is on new regulations, technologies and products.  This course is taught by Chris Gunther of ECTC.

Lead Paint M & R Supervisor Training for Maryland
This course meets the most recent training guidelines to become certified by the Maryland Department of the Environment as a Lead Paint Abatement Maintenance and Repainting. Anyone that removes lead paint is required to be certified by the Maryland Department of the Environment. The course is taught by Chris Gunther of ECTC. (All materials included in material fee).

Lead Paint Supervisor Refresher Course
This course meets the training requirements to renew a Maryland Certification as a Lead Paint Abatement Supervisor. This course is approved for both maintenance and repainting supervisors as well as demolition supervisors. Emphasis is on new abatement technologies and products. The course is taught by Chris Gunther of ECTC. (WCLPOA members receive a $10 discount.)
