Summer Bluegrass Jamming
Can you strum a song using G, C, F, D, A and E? Do you envy those people that can jump into any jam session? Join us Monday evenings for this beginner?s jam that instructs you in song lyrics, taking breaks, and just plain jamming fun. If you have always wanted to try joining a jam session this is your chance. The course is led by Ernie Bradley-well known band leader and instructor. Acoustic guitars, banjos, mandolins, bass, dobro and fiddles welcome. There are 3 levels of participation available at each jam session: 1. Learning to hear and play chord changes 2. Sing and play 3. Sing, play and take a beginning level break.

Beginning Guitar
It's fun to learn as a group! You can sign up with a friend or your son or daughter. Learn to strum chords, read music, finger pick, and more. So if the guitar your family generously bought for you as a gift has been gathering dust, join the group and start your new hobby. This class is for absolute beginners with no previous experience. Ages teen through adult. Textbook included in course fee. Book will be delivered in the first class session.
Fee: $71
Beginning Bluegrass Banjo
This course is for beginner banjo players, no prior experience or very little experience needed. Students are taught to play by ear, no music or tablatures are used. Students learn traditional bluegrass tunes.
Fee: $40
Bluegrass Workshop
Join Ernie Bradley, well-known band leader and bluegrass instructor, and friends for a day of workshops and beginning intermediate bluegrass jamming. The morning begins with an introduction to songs for the day, the students go into groups for instrumental workshops and individual questions. After lunch small jam groups form and the day ends with group jamming with Ernie Bradley and Grassyridge.
Fee: $35
Bluegrass Beginning Jamming
This course is for music students that have never participated in jamming or have little jamming experience. Students must know how to strum a song using the following chords: G, C, D, A. Students must be able to strum the chords, chords will not be taught in the class. This course is great for students that are taking music lessons but need to practice applying what they have learned to playing their instruments with other people. Emphasis will be on hearing chord changes and the rules of jam sessions.
Fee: $25
Bluegrass Spring Jamming

If you have always wanted to try joining a jam session this is your chance. The course is lead by Ernie Bradley-well known band leader and instructor. Acoustic guitars, banjos, mandolins, bass, dobro and fiddles welcome. There are 3 levels of participation available at each jam session:

2. Sing and play
3. Sing, play and take a beginning level break. Seven Spring classes for the price of four.

Learn to Play the Ukulele
This class is for absolute beginners so join the fun! Learn to play basic notes, chords, and songs on the ukulele using the G, C, E, A tuning. Students must provide their own instruments, preferably concert size, in working order. A strap and pick are also required. Ages teen through adult. Textbook included in course fee. Book will be delivered in the first class session.
