Join Chuck and Terrye Armstrong, nationally certified massage therapists, for a two-hour session that will provide you with the necessary information and techniques to help alleviate stress, neck and shoulder pain, headaches, and muscle tension and discomfort. Nationally certified massage therapists Chuck and Terrye Armstrong conduct a two-hour session showing you how massage can help alleviate pain caused by average daily living, hand and wrist pain, muscle tension and discomfort, and soreness and stiffness. Participants are asked to wear comfortable, loose clothing and bring a pillow. Limit the amount of jewelry on hands and wrists.
