HCC offers diverse classes ranging from water-based and fitness exercise programs to meditation and ballroom dance courses. Courses offer participants the opportunity to enhance body, mind, and spirit. Course instructors teach strategies and techniques intended to help students lead fuller, richer lives.
 

  • Dance
    Learn the art of ballroom dancing, middle eastern dancing, swing, and more.
     
  • Fitness
    Fitness classes for all ages to help increase endurance, flexibility, and muscle control. Special classes for seniors are also available.
     
  • Yoga and Pilates
    Beginners courses specially designed to introduce students to the art of yoga, pilates, and yoga-pilates combination classes.
     
  • Water Exercise
    Aquatic exercises for every age including splash aerobics, aqua pilates, yog-wa (water yoga), and arthritis aquatics.
     
  • Mind, Body and Spirit
    Learn the Eastern philosophies of meditation, Reiki, and T'ai Chi or study massage and other relaxation techniques.
     
  • Online Courses

    Short classes covering a wide range of topics.  New sessions start every month for your convenience!
