Splash Aerobics
You will really get moving and splashing in this great water aerobics course with Juanita Souders!  This is a simple cardiovascular workout that is followed by stretching and toning exercises.  You can workout in shallow or deep water.  This is recommended for all who are comfortable with moderate exercise. Please consult with your physician before beginning a new exercise routine. Fee includes: use of pool, hot tub, locker room and shower.

Arthritis Aquatics
This course is a gentle, yet structured exercise class in warm water. Current findings show that moderate exercise can ease joint pain and help to maintain a healthy weight. This class is designed for people that will benefit from increased flexibility & range of motion as well as maintaining strength and overall stamina.  No swimming ability necessary.  Easily accessible entry into and exit from warm water.  This course is held at the Village of Robinwood Retirement Community Centers indoor, heated pool.  The Village of Robinwood is located across the street from the Robinwood Medical Center.  Please use the entrance marked Town Center.  Please consult with your physician before beginning a new exercise program. Fee includes: use of pool, hot tub, locker room and shower.
