Diana
Gray
Diana
Gray holds a Masters in Reading from Frostburg State University. She
has 13 years of teaching experience, and she has taught College for
Kids at HCC for the past 8 years. Ms. Gray was nominated for teacher
of the year in 2007. She enjoys reading, spending time with her family,
vacationing, and gardening.

Wagner has been teaching for six years in Washington County. He is a
graduate student at Frostburg State. He has taught College for Kids
for five years, focusing on the sciences and technologies areas. He
enjoys spending time with his family and fishing.

Sheila Mount has
13 years of teaching experience (nursery/Kindergarten for 3 years, Grade
3 for 8 years, Reading & Math Intervention for 2 years). She has
taught College for Kids at HCC for 5 years. Her hobbies are reading,
walking, rubber stamping & scrapbooking, and camping. Her latest
interest is snowboarding!

Wagner has taught in the Washington County Public School system for
7 years. She will complete her Masters in Reading degree in December
2008. She has been teaching College for Kids at HCC for 7 years. She
enjoys scrapbooking, shopping, traveling, and being with her family.

Jillian
Fowler teaches at Maugansville Elementary. She graduated first in her
Education Class at Mount Saint Mary's University. She enjoys art, drawing,
exercising, watching sports, and being outside.

Hill-Dobbins has 25 years of teaching experience in the Washington County
Public Schools. She has been teaching College for Kids for the past
nine years. She likes to read, watch sports, and play bingo.

Sharon Lewis has
15 years of experience from Kindergarten through 2nd Grade, and she
has a Masters in Reading from Frostburg State. Ms. Lewis was nominated
for teacher of the year. She enjoys travel, scrapbooking, swimming,
and reading.

Janet Young graduated from
Shepherd University as a Joseph McMurran Scholar. She loves photography,
scrapbooking, and cooking. She has two boxers (Abbey and Max), and she
likes to hike with her husband.

McCarney has been an elementary school teacher for 4 years, and she
is currently pursuing her masters degree at Frostburg University. She
holds an MMSR certification (MD Model for School Recognition), and she
loves reading.

Jones has ten years of teaching experience. She is a 3rd Grade teacher
at Cascade Elementary and has been an Enrichment teacher at Fountain
Rock. Ms. Jones teaches Martial Arts classes at Gold's Gym, and she
enjoys traveling to tropical places.

Luhouse has taught at Williamsport Elementary and Clear Spring Elementary.
She is a past participant in College for Kids at HCC when she was a
kid. She likes to scrapbook and play with her chocolate lab.

as a Home and Hospital Teacher for students on medical or disability
leave, and she also is a substitute teacher. She enjoys reading, shopping,
and spending time with her family. She loves football and working outside
in her yard with her two sons.

Kelly has 9 years of teaching
experience. She is a Demonstration Teacher for Washington County Public
Schools. She works on the administrative side of the College for Kids'
program, and she has also taught CFK classes. Kelly has been nominated
twice for WCPS Teacher of the Year. She loves to read and shop.

Martin has taught in Washington County for 4 years. She also has experience
teaching pre-school in Garrett County. She has been recognized in Annapolis,
MD, for winning a classroom grant. She enjoys crafts, reading, spending
time outdoors, and spending time with her family.

currently an Enrichment Specialist at Sharpsburg Elementary School.
She loves basketball, reading, food, and spending time with her family.

Beth Chaney is a 1994 HCC graduate. She went on and got her Bachelor
of Arts and Masters of Education at Frostburg State University. She
has Advanced Professional Certification from MD State Dept. of Education.
She enjoys reading, being outside, flower gardening, and her family.

Myers has 5 years experience as a third grade teacher in Bethesda, MD,
and she has 3 years experience as a Student Achievement Specialisht
at Potomac Heights ES and Paramount ES. She enjoys tennis, golf, saxophone,
reading, and spending time with family.

Jack Drooger
(aka Jack Sparrow)
Jack has been involved in
technology related projects for almost twenty years. He teaches courses
in the classroom and online. Jack is College for Kids' "Team Technology"
manager. He hold numerous professional certifications from Microsoft
and Cisco. Jack enjoys building and tweaking computers, networking,
teaching, and walking the dog.

Jennifer
is a Spanish, 3rd Grade, and 3rd Grade magnet teacher with the Washington
County Public Schools. She has taught College for Kids at HCC for 4
years. She enjoys reading, training her dog, sports, playing the piano,
and cooking.

Noel Carvajal
Noel designed Flash animations
for Baltimore County Public Library. He was also the lead programmer
and story designer for the game "Wizards of Sirhcia", and
he created winter animations for the community during the holiday season.
Noel's interests are in computer games, music, movies, and boxing.

Gary has 10 years experience
teaching second grade in the Washington County school system. He is
excited to teach technology. Gary enjoys reading, playing golf, the
outdoors, and watching all sports.

Cinnamon
Rowland
Cinnamon has taught for 16
years in Washington County. She earned a Music Education degree from
Shepherd and a Masters of Liberal Arts from Western MD College. She
is a member of Alpha Psi Omega, a National Honorary Dramatic Fraternity.
Cinnamon loves to sing, act, and read.

experience as a substitute teacher for Washington County. She has been
with HCC's College for Kids program for 9 years. Linda enjoys camping,
shopping, and spending time with her family.

Carolyn Mottern
holds a BFA from Edinboro University and a MFA from Frostburg University.
She has 12 years of teaching experience. In 2002 she was Shippensburg
University Teacher of the Year and selected lecturer. She enjoys spending
time with familly on the farm or at sporting events.
