REALTOR GRI SERIES 100
Spring 2008
This
is the second of the Graduate REALTOR® Institute designation courses.
The GRI Series 200 consists of five one-day modules. Classes will be
held on Tuesdays and Thursdays November 4, 6, 11, 13, and 18, 2008 at
the Hagerstown Community College Valley Mall Training Center.
Maryland
licensed real estate agents may use the four GRI Series (five days each
series) to qualify to take the Maryland Real Estate Brokers Examination
– GRI 100,200,300, and 400.
Pennsylvania license real estate agents will receive 2 broker credits
for each GRI Series Course.
You
may take the GRI Series courses in any order. It is fine to start with
GRI Series 200 if you did not take GRI Series 100.
You
may register for each individual module separately, however, due to
instructor availability the date of the modules may be changed. Please

of each module.

201 –Pricing Property & Appraisal-
covers how a licensee establishes pricing for a property and how an
appraiser establishes prices based on the 3 approaches to value –
6 hrs of MD CE in category “F”

202 – Contracts & Agency –
covers the general MAR real estate sales contract and MD agency issues.
6 hours of MD CE in category “A” legal and legislative issues.

Module
203 – Interpersonal Skills & Personal Assistants-
covers how to achieve the greatest results by understanding how people
communicate. Personal assistant duties and roles are also covered. 6
hours MD CE in category “F”

204 – Advanced Financing & Real Estate Investments –
covers non-traditional financing and real estate investment analysis.

Module
205- Condominiums, Cooperatives and Buyer Representation-
covers MD laws and policies governing condominiums, cooperative and
timeshares. Buyer Brokerage concepts are also explored. 3 hours of MD
CE in category “F” and 3 hours of MD CE in category “A”
