program includes the three essentials: stretching, strengthening, and
cardiovascular conditioning which includes low impact aerobics and floor
exercises for toning. (An imbalance can occur when even one of these is
neglected.) While utilizing the spacious ARCC building, toe tapping music
inspires the participant and sets the pace for the various phases of the
program. Each phase is carefully programmed to maximize physiological,
