The normal pay periods are the 15th and the last day of the month. If payday falls on the weekend or a holiday, the payroll will be processed on the last working day preceding the weekend or holiday. View the Payroll Calendar Payroll Forms Direct Deposit Authorization Salary Reduction Agreement W-4 Direct Deposits Please be sure to include a voided check with your direct deposit form. Do not use a deposit ticket since the routing numbers may be different. Once the Finance Office has received your completed Direct Deposit Form, it will take two pay periods for the direct deposit to take effect. Workers Compensation HCC is required to maintain work-related injuries and illnesses for the U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration. If an employee is injured on the job, notify the Finance Office at ext. 2330 as soon as possible. The information related to the injury needs to be reported to the workers' compensation carrier in a timely manner. Injury of Person (other than employee) Contact Campus Security immediately at ext. 2312/2308 to have an incident report filed. The incident will need to be evaluated for appropriate reporting. Sociology

The Sociology Program is intended for students who plan to transfer to a four-year college or university to complete their bachelor’s degrees in sociology.
