HCC announces seminars for annual Flower & Garden Show

The Hagerstown Community College Alumni Association will hold its 26th Annual Flower and Garden Show on Saturday, March 14, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, March 15, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., in the ARCC. More than 150 vendors will take part in the show, named as one of the area’s premier events. Show participants include experts in nurseries, lawn and garden equipment, pottery and statuary, landscaping, tree services, stone products, spas, outdoor furniture, flowers, wild bird products, and natural gourmet gifts from the garden.

Brunch for HCC Retirees

The HCC Foundation will be sponsoring a brunch for HCC retirees on Tuesday, March 10 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Career Programs Building (CPB) 211/213. Invitation only.

Tribute 2020 - John & Teresa Barr Raffle

To support the Tribute’s efforts to raise funds for student scholarships, tickets will be sold for a chance to win one of the three prizes below. Tickets are $100 each and only 300 tickets will be sold. Online ticket sales will end at 12:00 am on September 25th. Any remaining tickets will be sold the night of the Tribute. The winners will be announced at the Tribute on September 25th and you do not need to be present to win. HCC receives $25,000 donation

The Wheatcraft Family has made a $25,000 donation to the HCC Foundation, in memory of sister Melissa Wheatcraft and brother-in-law George Bailey. The Melissa Wheatcraft and George Bailey Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to HCC students pursuing a degree or certification in a health-care related field.
