HCC art professors to exhibit artwork at NOMA Gallery December show

Hagerstown Community College faculty members Joan Bontempo and Beth Carey have been accepted to display their jewelry and ceramic works in the December show “Blessings from the Fire Gods,” at the NOMA Gallery in Frederick. The exhibit at NOMA Gallery will be open from November 30 to December 30 on Fridays, from 4 to 8 p.m.; Saturdays from 12 to 8 p.m.; and Sundays from 12 to 4 p.m. 

Robinwood Players to perform “Frankenstein”

Hagerstown Community College’s Robinwood Players will present Mary Shelley’s “Frankenstein,” on Nov. 2, 3, and 4, in the Kepler Theater on HCC’s main campus. Show times are 8 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 2, and Saturday, Nov. 3, with a matinee performance on Sunday, Nov. 4, at 2:30 p.m. The show is rated PG-13. Ticket prices range from $4 to $14, but HCC students, faculty, and staff can attend for free with a valid HCC ID. To purchase tickets online, visit www.hagerstowncc.edu/productions. 

Love, Lust & Loss: An Evening of One Acts

HCC's THR-102: Elements of Dramatic Production students present "Love, Lust & Loss: An Evening of One Acts," in the Black Box Theater in the Kepler Center. General admission is $2 and free for HCC students, faculty, and staff. Seating is limited and tickets are required for entry.
