TIC served as host site for first annual "Federal and State Programs Coming to You" conference

(RELEASE: October 7, 2014) – A one-day seminar, entitled “Federal and State Programs Coming to You,” was held on Monday, October 6, 2014, at Hagerstown Community College. The chair of Federal Laboratory Consortium, Paul Zielinski, as well as representatives from NIST, USDA, TEDCO, MBIA, and DBED were speakers at this event.
