2013 Film Festival Registration Form

After completing the registration form below, the following must be received by the RPTC Festival Committee by February 22, 2013:

Three (3) DVD screener copies (acceptable formats: Avi, Mpeg2, Mov, Wmv, or Red-1)
$25 entry fee - check payable to HCC Robinwood Player Theater Club
