If you are a male, between the ages of 18 and 25, you must register for Selective Service to receive Federal Financial Aid. If you did not register through the FAFSA, please go to the Selective Service website and register. Please submit a copy of your Selective Service Registration Card to the Financial Aid Office.
If you are a male who is under 18 and will not have your 18th birthday until after the school year begins, please use this form and fill out the appropriate section.
If you failed to register with Selective Service, and you are over the age of 25, you are not eligible to receive any federal financial assistance (i.e. Federal Pell Grant, Federal Supplemental Education Opportunity Grant, Academic Competitiveness Grant, Federal Work Study, Federal Stafford Loans, etc.).
Fill out the form below and check why you did not register with Selective Service between the ages of 18 and 25. Attach all documentation required and return to the Financial Aid Office.
Decisions regarding eligibility for student financial assistance are made by the Student Financial Aid Office, not the Selective Service System.
