Supplemental Application for the Practical Nursing Program

Before submitting a supplemental application for a nursing program, you must first apply for admission to HCC.

This application, all official transcripts, and official TEAS test results must be received by the Office of Admissions and Enrollment Management. Students applying by November 1 will be given first preference into the program. The final admission deadline is April 1. Students completing classes at HCC do not need to submit an official HCC transcript.
