Student Center Facility Request Form

NEW PROCEDURES: Effective immediately, Student Center staff will no longer be responsible for setup or breakdown of room layout in the conference rooms or the Hilltop Grill. Permanent layout for each room is listed below. If you elect to rearrange tables/chairs for your meeting, you will be responsible for returning it to the original layout. Please do not remove art work or adhere anything to the walls.

Requests for the Student Center facilities may be submitted up to six months in advance. Priority for scheduling will be given to HCC sanctioned student groups.

You should receive a prompt reply to your request. If you wish to make any changes to the date or time after approval has been made, you must contact the Student Center staff.

According to the current campus catering guidelines, no outside food vendors will be permitted without prior approval. If you are serving food and select an outside vendor, please be aware that you or the caterer will be responsible for clean-up. College staff will not clean the room unless you are using the on-campus catering service.

To make arrangements for catering, please complete the new Catering Request Form. To make arrangement for audio-visual needs, please complete the AV Reservations Form. A minimum of 48 hours notice is requested. There is a permanent screen located in each conference room. Conference Room #1 now has a permanent LCD projector and computer.
