PLEASE NOTE: The RSG student leader and advisor (if applicable) must set up a meeting with the Dean of Students and Student Activities Coordinator to discuss the application/renewal request before the organization will be considered active. The Student Activities Office will consult with the Dean of Students for approval on many student organization matters.

Registered Student Funded Organization

RSFO officers/active members: Clubs must have at least five members to be considered active.

If the RSFO advisor or officer names change, notify the Student Activities Office within one week. The Student Activities Office will keep the Dean of Students updated on student organization changes.

PLEASE NOTE: RSFO must also submit a prospectus and new/updated constitution to complete the application/renewal process. The RSFO advisor and president must set up a meeting with the Dean of Students and Student Activities Coordinator to discuss the application/renewal request before the organization will be considered active. The Student Activities Office will consult with the Dean of Students for approval on many student organization matters.
