This position is responsible for supporting the CNA/GNA program laboratories in the Career Programs building in conjunction with program faculty, which includes the use of simulation and other technologies that assist students in meeting program outcomes.
This is a temporary, part-time position available for 4-6 hours per week.

Qualifications:
Education and experience - Possess an unencumbered registered nurse license to practice in Maryland; have a minimum of 2 years nursing experience, at least 1 in caring for the elderly or chronically ill in the past 5 years; and provide proof of completion of a course with a minimum of 16 hours of instruction in the principles of adult education, or have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
Skills and abilities - Excellent organization and management skills; ability to work with clinical simulation and clinical technology; knowledge of diagnostic and patient care supplies and equipment, and knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to establish good working relationships with staff, students, and the community; ability to organize and prioritize work, makes decisions independently, and attends to details.
