This position is responsible for supporting the dental program skills laboratories in the Career Programs building in conjunction with program faculty, which includes the use of simulation and other technologies that assists students in meeting program outcomes.
This is a part-time, temporary position based on the needs of the program each semester.

Qualifications:
Education and experience - Certification as a Dental Assistant required. Previous experience managing dental laboratories for dental practice preferred. Experience teaching Dental Assisting courses preferred.
Skills and abilities - Excellent organization and managment skills. Ability to work with clinical simulation and clinical technology. Knowledge of diagnostic and patient care supplies and equipment. Knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to establish good working relationships with staff, students, and the community. Able to organize and prioritize work, make decisions independently, and attend to details.
