This is a full-time, tenure-track faculty position teaching courses in the areas of information assurance, also known as cybersecurity. This is a lead faculty position that has broad curriculum responsibilities and also coordinates adjunct faculty who teach the programs' speciality courses. Base load is 15 credit hours of teaching per semester or equivalent in credit and non-credit instruction.

Qualifications:

Education and experience - Masters degree in Information Assurance preferred, prior teaching at the college or professional level. Certified Information Systems Security Professional industry certification credential desired. Minimum requirements of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance or Information Security, or related field; background in one or more of the following areas: information security. information assurance, cyber security, digital forensics, secure application development. Skills and abilities - Excellent written and oral skills; candidates schould possess the ability to develop and deliver curricula for hands-on instruction integrated across multiple platforms.
