Salary Range:
$37,825 per fiscal year or greater depending on background and experience
Qualifications:
Education and Experience - Master's degree in psychology required, doctorate preferred. Also required is a minimum or two to three years of college-level teaching experience. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience and academic preparation in the areas of Developmental Psychology, Lifespan Human Development, and Abnormal Psychology. Must have a demonstrated commitment to diversity and cultural competence through the use of multicultural pedagogy.
Skills and Abilities - Experience in the use of technology in teaching for classroom and distance learning; experience communicating with a diverse student population both in and outside the classroom; ability to work as a team player with divisional colleagues a must; writing skills for course development and assessment a plus.
