Welcome to our Information Literacy Tutorial. Here, you will learn about doing academic-level research using the Internet, beyond the use of search engines. The skills you will get from the modules are fundamental and you will find them widely useful, regardless of how much more education you pursue.

Each module (there are three) has a quiz at the end. You may print out the results, or you may email them to your professor.

    Please note!
  • You may do each module separately. They take from 30 to 45 minutes to complete.
  • If you want to do the whole tutorial at one time, set aside a 2-hour block of time.

First Time Visitors

All students should register here; all others are welcome as well.

Return Visitors

After your first visit, you must use this short form.

Guests

Guests can try out the tutorial, but will not be able to send results by email. If you are doing this for a class assignment, you MUST register.

Remember, you may leave the tutorial at any time using the "EXIT" option. If you do so, you will have to start the module you are in from the beginning
