Dental Hygiene Information Session

HCC's Health Sciences Division will hold an information session for prospective students in the college's Dental Hygiene Program on Mon., Dec. 16, at 5 p.m., in the Career Programs Building, room 125.

These sessions are intended for students who are interested in learning more about HCC's proposed Dental Hygiene Program. The Dental Hygiene Program is currently awaiting CODA approval and, if approved, will begin in April 2014.

HCC's Health Sciences Division will hold an information session for prospective students in the college's Dental Hygiene Program. The first session will be held on Thurs., Dec. 12, at 1 p.m., in the Career Programs Building, room 125.

Terry Davidson, recruitment outreach chief and diplomat in resident coordinator for State Department, will host a special information session on government careers and internships with the U.S. Department of State on Tues., Nov. 19, from 1 to 3 p.m., in the Career Programs Building, room 210.

The U.S. Department of State promotes freedom and democracy throughout the world, helping countries lift themselves out of poverty to become prosperous, stable and democratic states and continuously strive to find ways to maximize the impact of America’s resources.

HCC's Technology & Computer Studies (TCS) Division is holding a special seminar on obtaining your security clearance on Thurs., Nov. 7, at 2 p.m., in the Career Programs Building, room 213.

Guest speaker will be Robert Morningstar, CISSP, PMP from Hewlett Packard. A Q&A session will follow the presentation.

A reception to recognize the RN and PN programs for their achievement of attaining national accreditation from the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) will be held from 4 to 5:30 p.m. in the Career Programs Building atrium. Please note that this event is by invitation only.
