HCC will hold its annual spring student art exhibit from Monday, April 28, through Tuesday, May 6, in the Kepler Center. Opening reception is April 30 from 5 to 7 p.m. Free and open to the public.

Two Hagerstown Community College students recently won regional and state student officer positions with the international Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Honor Society.

HCC's SGA is now accepting applications for student officers for the 2014-2015 academic year. Available positions include president, vice president, treasurer, secretary, and four senators. Deadline is April 7.

Book Buyback for the spring 2014 semester will be held from April 30 through May 9.  Only books purchased through the HCC Campus Store (Bookstore) may be sold back during the buyback period.

Finals for the spring 2014 semester will be held from April 30 through May 6. The final exam schedule can be viewed online. The last day of spring classes is May 6.

The Learning Support Center (LSC) will host a series of workshops on Final Exam study skills for students from April 15 through April 18. Advance registration required.

HCC will conduct its annual Criminal Response Emergency Assessment Scenario (CREAS) training drill for studnets on Saturday, April 12, beginning at 8:30 a.m., on HCC’s main campus.

The Annual Relay for Life walk will be held on Friday, April 11, beginning at 6 p.m., in the ARCC. Registration is $10. Survivors can register for free. This event is open to students, staff, faculty, and the public.

The STEMM Technical Middle College at Hagerstown Community College will receive the 2014 Outstanding Career and Technology Education Program Postsecondary Award of Excellence from the Maryland State Department of Education, at a ceremony in April.

The annual Mega Job Fair will be held on Friday, April 4, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., in the ARCC. This event is free and is open to the public. Dress to impress and bring extra copies of your resume.

March is Women's History Month. To celebrate, the HCC NOW Club will hold a special showing of "Why Quilts Matter: History, Art and Politics," on Thursday, March 27, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., in the Student Center.

HCC's Robinwood Players will hold a Variety Show and Fundraiser on Friday, April 4, beginning at 7:30 p.m., in the Kepler Center. Admission is $10 for the general public and $5 for students with a valid student I.D.
