HCC announces new volleyball recruits

Hagerstown Community College Women’s Volleyball program, under the direction of coach Beth Domenico, recently announced the new recruits for the 2005 season.

They are:
     Lindsay Plotner, 2004 graduate of Williamsport High School
     Kristen Weir, 2004 graduate of Williamsport High School
     Amanda Conway, 2005 graduate of Smithsburg High School
     Brooke Ward, 2005 graduate of North Hagerstown High School
     Karey Toms, 2005 graduate of Waynesboro High School
     Traea Guthrie, 2005 graduate of Fort Hill High School
     Returning sophomores are:
     Staci Grabill of Williamsport
     Brittany Meadows of Smithsburg
     Laura Lindsay of Smithsburg
     Savanah Wetzel of Waynesboro
     Mya Widmyer of Allegany

Coach Domenico commented, “With the addition of the six new players to the group of experienced sophomores our chances for a successful 2005 look very promising.”
