HCC to offer “train the trainer” class

The Center for Continuing Education at Hagerstown Community College will offer a “train the trainer” course, entitled “Adult Education Skills for Health Care Professionals,” on four consecutive Tuesdays, beginning May 3, from 9 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
This course is designed for nurses and other health care professionals who are responsible for nursing assistant training, patient and community education, in-service training and continuing education. It meets the Maryland Board of Nursing requirements for teaching the Certified Nursing Assistant Course.
The course fee is $225. ANCC contact hours are provided for nurses. To register, call 301-790-2800, ext. 236.
