Improving Mind, Body and Spirit

Two upcoming courses offered through Hagerstown Community College’s Center for Continuing Education will help students improve mind, body and spirit.
“Powerful Techniques for Creating a Complete Balanced Life” will be offered Saturday, Nov. 12, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the HCC Valley Mall Center. This course will teach practical methods of behavior modification that will bring a sense of well-being in the areas of health, nutrition, exercise, sleep, career, vocation and more. Cost is $45. Course number is MBP040A1.
“Set Yourself Free – Stop Smoking the Natural Way” will be offered Saturday, Nov. 12, from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the HCC Valley Mall Center. This 10-step course is practical, simple, and free of patches, pill and hypnosis. Students will also learn how to improve over-all health with exercise, nutrition and more. A course handbook is included. Cost is $45. Course number is MBP045A1.
