Landlord Crash Course

Hagerstown Community College’s Center for Continuing Education is offering an introductory course on being a landlord in Washington County. “Landlord Crash Course” will be held Wednesday, March 22, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the HCC Valley Mall Center.
Topics include leases, lead paint laws, eviction and code enforcement. The course is co-sponsored by the Hagerstown Neighborhood Development Partnership, Inc. Cost for the course is $40.
“Landlord Crash Course” is one in a series of Real Estate Investing Seminars. Other courses include “Successful Real Estate Investing” offered April 19, “The Business of Being a Landlord” offered May 31, and “Landlord Laws for Washington County” offered June 14.
