Rental Property Code Compliance Update

Hagerstown Community College’s Center for Continuing Education and the City of Hagerstown are offering a course for investment property owners, entitled “City of Hagerstown Rental Property Code Compliance Update,” on Wednesday, January 23, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the HCC Valley Mall Training Center.
The course educates property owners and real estate professionals on the various aspects of investment property ownership in the City of Hagerstown, specifically the requirements of the Rental Licensing Program and the most recent updates to the Code. Participants will learn what is needed to ensure their properties are in compliance with city and state laws and how to prepare a property for city inspection.
