MIT entrepreneurial broadcast planned at HCC

Hagerstown Community College’s Technical Innovation Center is a viewing site for the next live broadcast presented by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Enterprise Forum in partnership with Southeastern Software Association and the Metro Atlanta Chamber Technology Marketing Council. The broadcast entitled, “A Walk in the Clouds: Is Cloud Computing the Future of Enterprise Systems?” will be held on Thurs., Feb. 12, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., in TIC conference room 208.
     
The broadcast will feature a panel of technology and wireless experts, including Charles Phillips, president, Oracle Corporation, who will act as moderator. Discussion topics include the key decision drivers that determine if outsourcing to the cloud is right for your business, the mechanisms involved with moving to cloud computing, and the business opportunities that are available for entrepreneurs looking to participate in a newly forming ecosystem.
